All the properties at Alpine Habitats are child friendly - from the heated polished concrete floors to the leather lounges.

The bedrooms are set up with kid’s furnishings and included are tables, chairs and a child step to make going to the toilet or brushing their teeth a lot easier.  We also have high chairs, porta cots and baby baths available for your convenience.  And if that isn’t enough there are 40 acres of land for the kid’s to run around on including an educational bushwalking trail.  We can arrange a certified babysitter from Jindabyne to relieve you if you want to go out for a romantic dinner or spend some quality time on the mountain – childless!

There is plenty of open spaces for the kids to run around or ride there push bikes in a safe environment.  Sporting equipment is also available from reception.

There is also a maze across the road at Crackenback Cottage which is sure to keep the children busy for hours while you enjoy a coffee, wine or a bite to eat.

For the winter there is nothing better than watching your young ones learning how to ski.  Alpine Habitats is a great base in between being on the slopes.  It’s quite, safe and fun.  And with all that extra gear to lug around you can park right next to your habitat instead being a pack horse from car park to a unit at one of the major resorts.
