Ultimo Adventure Lodge

Ultimo Adventure Lodge operates year round and is located about 3km up Wollondibby Road from Alpine Habitats and has sweeping views over the Thredbo Valley and the usually snow capped mountains beyond. It consists of a central dining and living area and accommodation in eight surrounding bunglows of various sizes. Most bunglows have private ensuite bathrooms but a few smaller ones have shared facilities – all bathrooms were fully renovated in 2007. The bunglows do not have kitchen facilities but guests are able to use the main lodge kitchen and dining space along with the shared living area complete with roaring fire, pool table TV etc.

Karol’s Bunglow sleep up to two people in each private room (double bed).  The three rooms in the Karol’s Bungalow share the bathroom facilities.

Each of the four High Noon Bunglows are freestanding with private ensuites.  They sleep up to four in a double bed and a bunk. 

Merrit’s Bunglows are free standing and comprise of two large rooms, each with a private ensuite.  One room can sleep 6 in bunks, the other sleeps four in bunks and in one double bed.  All up Merrit’s bunglow sleeps up to 12 and there are three of these at Ultimo.

Ultimo can cater for large groups and families.  Groups of families can each have their own bungalow but share the huge kitchen, dining and living space – how much fun will that be for the kids?

Ultimo is an adventure paradise.  There are quad bike tours based from Ultimo and these can cater for all ages on trails of varying difficulty.  Ultimo can also arrange horse riding on the beautiful property and there is plenty of oportunity for bushwalking.
