Their full range of Wild Brumby Schnapps is kept on ice ready for you to take a tasting tour, and the tasting is free.  It’s a great way to choose the right schnapps to buy for yourself or as a gift.  Wild Brumby Distillery door bottles (http://www NULL.wildbrumby NULL.com/cellar/)can be purchased on their own or in Wild Brumby gift packs (http://www NULL.wildbrumby NULL.com/gifts/)and there is a range of sizes and flavours to chose from.

The imported still is located in the centre of the cafe.  It’s an opportunity to have a close look at this impressive piece of copper and stainless steel equipment that is at the heart of the Wild Brumby Schnapps Distillery schnapps production.

The Wild Brumby or Thredbo Valley Schnapps Distillery as it is also known is a great place to have brunch, lunch or an early dinner (http://www NULL.wildbrumby NULL.com/cafe/) from their kitchen.  It’s an inexpensive quality feed of Austrian style foods like Goulash and Schnitzels. You can wash down your meal with a bottle of wine or a German beer and there is seating in or outside. When you sit outside on a beautiful Snowy Mountains day,  having a beer or wine and admiring the views, you will want to stay forever. 

For those in need of a quick and well made coffee - they serve the best coffee of any distillery in the southern hemisphere! When combined with homemade cakes it’s a great way to start the day… or wind down for the evening.  There are other products to buy including clothing, cooking condiments and books.

The Wild Brumby also has a gallery (http://www NULL.wildbrumby NULL.com/artgallery/), garden sculptures and some descriptive signage for you to check out.  You can spend hours here especially if the weather is inclement and your outdoor activities have been postponed.

The Wild Brumby Schnapps Distillery is also available for small functions and weddings.  They have recently built a small chapel for the bride and groom and Brad and Monica will put on a memorable reception for you.  Don’t forget Alpine Habitats is just a short walk so you and your guests can get home safely without having to worry about transport.
